Male Testosterone Level Test

Check Your Testosterone, Take Control of Your Health

What Is Testosterone?

Testosterone is the main male sex hormone. It plays a crucial role in your physical, mental, and sexual wellbeing. From maintaining muscle mass and sex drive to regulating mood and fertility, testosterone supports nearly every aspect of male health.

Male Testosterone Level Test

Not feeling like yourself lately? Low testosterone could be the reason. At Regis Medical, we offer discreet, doctor-guided male hormone testing to help you understand your energy, mood, libido, and performance levels. A quick morning blood test could give you the answers you've been missing.

Why Testosterone Levels Matter

As men age, testosterone levels naturally decline — but for some, the drop happens earlier or more drastically, leading to a condition known as Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome (TDS) or andropause.

Symptoms of low testosterone may include:

  • Low sex drive or erectile dysfunction

  • Fatigue or loss of motivation

  • Loss of muscle mass and increased belly fat

  • Mood swings, depression, or irritability

  • Brain fog or poor concentration

These symptoms are common — and often mistaken for stress, burnout, or aging.

What’s Included in the Testosterone Test

Our male hormonal panel typically includes:

  • Total Testosterone – The main measure of testosterone in your bloodstream

  • Free Testosterone (optional) – The active form that your body can use

  • SHBG – A binding protein that affects testosterone availability

  • LH (Luteinising Hormone) – Helps determine whether the problem lies in the brain or testicles

  • Optional Deficiency Panel – Vitamin D, B12, Iron and other nutrients that may affect mood, energy, and hormonal health

When to Take the Test

Testosterone levels are highest in the early morning — ideally between 8am and 10am. A fasting blood draw is usually recommended for the most accurate results. At Regis Medical, we offer morning slots on weekdays with minimal wait time.

What Happens After the Test?

Once your results are ready, our doctor will walk you through what they mean in plain language. If your testosterone is low, we’ll discuss next steps based on your goals and medical profile. This may include:

  • Lifestyle and nutrition adjustments

  • Correcting underlying deficiencies

  • Further hormonal or fertility evaluation

We don’t just test — we guide you toward better health outcomes.
