What languages do Regis Medical GP Doctors speak?
Most of our Doctors are competent in English and Mandarin. Some Doctors are able to speak Bahasa and even some Mandarin Dialects. Our clinic assistants are also multi-lingual and proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay.
Can I see the Doctor I prefer?
We will do our best to let you see the Doctor you prefer. However, they may not be available at the time. Don't worry, all Regis Medical Doctors are equally friendly, caring and professional.
I would like to see a Female Doctor only, is it possible?
You can make a request to us when you book your appointments, we will do our best to arrange a female Doctor for you.
Do I have to register again when I visit different Regis Medical GP Clinic Branches?

No, you don’t have to register again when you visit different Regis Medical GP clinic branches.

Your data will be accessible to our staff and Doctors when you visit any of our GP clinics. All patient data is stored securely in full compliance with MOH standards.

Does Regis Medical GP Clinics offer urgent care services?
No. Regis Medical GP Clinics do not offer urgent care services.
Will I be issued a Medical Certificate (MC) after my consultation with Regis Medical GP clinic?
You may be issued a MC if our GP Doctors have assessed your conditions and deemed a MC should be given. You will receive a DigiMC via SMS by default. Do note that MCs cannot be backdated.
I’ve received a DigiMC, can I request for a paper MC instead?
We can provide paper MC upon your request.
Is it compulsory to purchase the medicines prescribed to me at Regis Medical GP?
You can opt not to purchase the medicines prescribed to you at Regis Medical GP Clinics after your consultation. We will provide a prescription if you wish to purchase your medicines at a pharmacy instead. This service will incur an additional cost of $20.
Can I obtain a repeat prescription and supply of my medication?

All repeat prescription requests will be reviewed by Regis Medical GP Doctors. Subject to your conditions, various medical guidelines and our Doctor’s approval.

Regis Medical GP reserves the right not to issue any repeat medication when it is not appropriate, or if no consultation was done with the Doctor.

Can I send a helper to accompany my child for consult?

Yes, you can, but make sure your helper can:

Provide the documents for verification, i.e IC or passport Communicate clearly on your children’s conditions, past medical history, and allergies.

Provide your contact number so that we can verify with you. Unless your child is in urgent condition, should any of the above criteria not be met, we will request that you come back another time.

What are Regis Medical’s cancellation and refund policy?

You can only cancel or change your appointments up to 24 hours before your appointment. You will receive your refund within 3 working days. No refund will be issued for no shows and cancellations within 24 hours before your appointment.

Can I Reschedule My Appointment?

Yes. You can reschedule your appointments. However, you need to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your actual appointment time.

What happens if I miss my appointment?
No refund will be issued for missed appointments.

Vaccinations

Can I do Walk-In Vaccinations?

For all MOH Nationally recommended vaccines, you can walk-in for your vaccinations

For Travel related vaccines, please book an appointment in advance.

However, we do recommend deferring vaccinations when you are unwell.

Screening

Can I do Walk-In Health Screening?

For general health screenings and foreign domestic worker 6MEs, you can walk-in without appointments.

For all other types of health screening (e.g executive health screenings). Please book your appointments in advance.

Is there telemedicine service at Regis Medical GP Clinic?
No. Regis Medical GP Clinics currently does not offer telemedicine services.
What are the statutory health checkups available at Regis Medical GP Clinic?

Regis Medical GP Clinics provide statutory health checkups for:

License related:

Foreign Domestic Helper (FDW) (6ME, 2 yearly screening, and work permit renewal)

Work permit, S pass, EP application and renewal

Study related:

Local Institutes (Polytechnics, University) student pass application & pre-enrolment check up
Oversea institutes visa application, student pass application, and pre-enrolment check up
Other pass related:

PR & long-term visit pass consultation, HIV Screening, and chest x-ray

License related:

LTA License A (New application)
