Yes. All services are carried out by licensed doctors and trained nurses following medical best practices. Employees are assessed on the day to ensure they are fit for the procedure. Anyone unwell or unsuitable will be advised to postpone or receive alternative care.
Our doctor will review the employee’s history before proceeding. Conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, or asthma do not usually prevent screenings or vaccinations, but medical advice will be customised for safe participation.
Some vaccines may not be suitable for immuno-compromised staff. Our doctor will assess individual risks and recommend the safest option, which may include inactivated vaccines or deferred vaccination with medical clearance.
Employees with severe allergies should inform our team in advance. Our clinics and on-site teams are equipped with emergency medication (e.g., epinephrine) and staff are trained to manage allergic reactions promptly and safely.
It depends on the tests chosen. For basic screenings, fasting is usually not required. For comprehensive panels including blood sugar or cholesterol, fasting for 8–10 hours may be necessary. Clear instructions are provided beforehand.
Our team brings emergency equipment and follows strict infection control protocols. Employees are monitored for 15 minutes after vaccination to ensure safety before returning to work.
The session will be deferred, and the employee will be advised to follow up at our clinic for further review. No procedure is carried out unless it is medically safe to do so.
General Enquiry
We offer a complete suite of workplace healthcare solutions, including corporate health screenings, staff vaccination programmes, and customised medical or wellness talks. Companies can choose a combination of services depending on workforce needs, industry requirements, or executive-level health priorities.
Yes. We tailor screening panels, vaccination drives, and wellness talks according to industry risks, employee demographics, and corporate objectives. For example, a tech company may prioritise stress and ergonomics talks, while a logistics firm may focus on tetanus vaccinations and injury prevention workshops.
Yes. Most screenings and vaccination drives can be conducted directly at your office with minimal disruption to work. For wellness talks, we also run lunch-and-learn sessions or full-scale workshops on-site. Alternatively, staff can visit our clinics for individual or follow-up appointments.
Our medical team works around your schedule, offering early morning, lunch-hour, or staggered time slots. A typical health screening or vaccination takes 10–15 minutes per employee, allowing staff to return to work quickly. For wellness talks, we can adjust format length (30–60 minutes) to suit your meeting calendar.
The process is simple and structured:
- Step 1: Consultation – We meet with HR or management to understand your objectives, staff profile, and budget.
- Step 2: Proposal – A tailored plan is prepared with recommended screenings, vaccinations, or talks.
- Step 3: Scheduling – On-site or in-clinic sessions are booked, vaccine stock secured, and employee communications drafted.
- Step 4: Delivery – Our doctors and nurses carry out the sessions with end-to-end support.
- Step 5: Reporting & Follow-up – Employees receive confidential reports, while HR gets anonymised workforce health data for planning.
Costs vary based on the number of employees, type of services, and delivery method (on-site vs in-clinic). We provide corporate packages with volume-based discounts and transparent quotations. A deposit is required to confirm bookings, especially for larger teams or vaccine orders.
Our most requested corporate packages include:
- Core Screening – General health markers (blood count, cholesterol, diabetes, liver, kidney).
- Enhanced Screening – Adds thyroid tests and cancer markers.
- Comprehensive Screening – Includes ECG, vitamin panels, autoimmune markers, and imaging (mammogram for women).
- Custom Screening – For shift workers, overseas staff, or high-risk industries.
Yes. For leadership teams, we provide executive-level tests such as multi-cancer early detection, advanced cardiac screening, and gut microbiome analysis. These go beyond routine checks and support proactive risk management for decision-makers.
Yes. We conduct interactive sessions on workplace health and wellness. Examples include GP talks on lifestyle disease prevention, TCM sessions on stress relief and immunity, and physiotherapy workshops on ergonomics and injury prevention. Sessions can be run in small groups or company-wide events.
All individual results are strictly confidential and shared only with the employee. Employers receive aggregate, anonymised reports for workforce planning. Certificates (e.g., travel vaccines) and MOM-related health check records are issued where required.
For vaccinations, We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure schedules, vaccine stock, and logistics. Smaller in-clinic appointments can be arranged more quickly, often within a week.
For screenings and health talks, we recommend arranging at least 2 months in advance
Yes. Employees with abnormal results receive GP consultations for explanation and next steps. For vaccinations requiring multiple doses (e.g., Hepatitis B, HPV), we provide reminders and follow-up sessions either in-clinic or on-site.
Our programmes are widely adopted across:
- Finance & Technology – Flu vaccinations and executive screenings for productivity.
- Healthcare & Frontline – Hepatitis, flu, and MOM-compliant screenings.
- Construction & Manufacturing – Tetanus, injury-related protection, and fitness checks.
- Hospitality, Retail, F&B – Vaccinations to prevent outbreaks in customer-facing roles.
- Multinational Corporates – Full travel vaccine coverage for overseas staff.
We assist with scheduling, employee sign-ups, consent forms, medical record-keeping, and consolidated invoicing. This reduces the administrative burden for HR teams.
