About Doctor Paul Chang 

Dr Paul Chang is a fully licensed medical Doctor born and educated in Singapore. He completed his medical undergraduate Bachelor’s degree from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) and obtained his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) from NUS.  

He was a Physician Lead in a large primary healthcare chain before joining Regis Medical. Dr Chang has experience in multiple departments in Singapore, including Dermatology, Infectious Diseases, Internal/General Medicine, Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine. He has a keen interest in Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Infections, Preventive Health, Sports Medicine, and Chronic Disease Management.  

Dr Chang believes in giving patients the information, time and space to take ownership of their own health. He believes that primary care physicians need to be the best advocate, advisor and curator for patients in this complex healthcare system.
