What is Healthier SG?
A national initiative by the Ministry of Health (MOH) that pairs you with a dedicated family doctor who knows your health inside out.
Healthier SG (HSG) shifts our healthcare focus from treating illness to preventing it. Instead of seeing a different doctor every visit, you choose one clinic as your long-term healthcare partner. Our family Doctors at Regis Medical GP Clinic will review your full health history, map out a personalised health plan, and guide you through recommended health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle improvements.
Reasons to enrol today
Enrolment is free, and the perks start from your very first visit.
- Free first consultation - Your first Health Plan visit with our doctor is completely free of charge.
- Earn 3,000 Healthpoints - Receive $20 worth of Healthpoints via the Healthy 365 app after your first consultation. (Claimable ONLY once per person under HSG, across all participating clinic)
- Personalised Health Plan - A tailored plan covering your lifestyle, screenings, vaccinations, and chronic conditions.
- Free Nationally Recommended Screenings - Access subsidised Screen for Life health screenings and nationally recommended vaccinations. (Subject to prevailing eligibility criteria)
- Up to $360 Per Year in Chronic Care Subsidies - For CHAS, Pioneer Generation, and Merdeka Generation cardholders with higher chronic medication needs, cover doctor visits, lab tests, and other chronic care services under the Healthier SG Chronic Tier.
- No 15% MediSave Co-Payment - Normally, MediSave claims for chronic disease treatment (under CDMP) require a mandatory 15% out-of-pocket cash co-payment. However, when you officially enrol in Healthier SG with our clinic, this 15% co-payment is completely waived. This allows you to utilise your MediSave (up to $500–$700 per year, depending on condition complexity) to fully cover your eligible chronic treatment.

IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Booking Your HSG Appointment
We are thrilled to partner with you for your healthcare needs under Healthier SG (HSG). To ensure a smooth visit and avoid unexpected out-of-pocket charges, please review our strict billing and subsidy policies below. Patients are responsible for verifying their own eligibility prior to their consultation.
-
No Retroactive Billing or Claims
- Please declare your intent to utilise MediSave, CHAS, or Healthier SG benefits at the front desk before you see the doctor.
- All government claims require upfront system verification.
- We strictly cannot convert a private consultation or screening into a MediSave/HSG claim after the consultation has concluded.
-
CHAS & Subsidy Enrolment Must Be Done Upfront
- To utilise CHAS subsidies at our clinic, your CHAS card must be active, valid, and presented at registration.
- We cannot apply CHAS subsidies if you have not registered for a card or if your application is still pending.
- Subsidies and claims cannot be backdated. If your card is not active at the time of your consult, standard private rates apply.
-
The "Free First Consult" Is a One-Time Only Global Benefit
- Your first Healthier SG onboarding consultation is fully subsidised by the government, but this can only be claimed ONCE per lifetime, across all clinics in Singapore.
- If you have already utilised your free first HSG consult at another clinic or polyclinic, you will be charged our standard private consultation rates for your visit today.
- Action Required: Ensure your HSG clinic allocation is officially transferred to our clinic via the HealthHub app before your appointment.
-
MediSave Cannot Be Used for Private Health Screenings
- MediSave is strictly regulated by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and is primarily designated for approved Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) care, inpatient care, and specific nationally recommended basic screenings.
- MediSave cannot be used to pay for private comprehensive health screenings, including (but not limited to) the items below.
- Tests such as Iron panels, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Folate, and Hormonal profiles are considered private, elective diagnostics. They are not covered under MediSave, CHAS, or Healthier SG.
- If you opt for our comprehensive "Essential" or "Essential Plus" screening packages, or request bespoke add-ons that are out of regular follow-up norms for Chronic Disease, these must be paid out-of-pocket (Cash/Credit) at full rates.
Thank you for your kind understanding and for helping to keep your patient journey smooth!
