At our Men’s Health Clinic, we provide discreet, Doctor-led care designed for men of all ages, from early adulthood through mid-life and beyond. Whether you’re concerned about energy, fertility, sexual health, or age-related changes, our doctors offer precise testing, targeted treatments, and preventive screenings tailored to men’s unique needs.
Hormonal Health
Hormonal balance is vital for men’s energy, mood, fertility, and sexual health. Low testosterone or other hormone imbalances can contribute to fatigue, reduced libido, infertility, and even mood changes. By checking your hormone levels early, our doctors can identify underlying causes and provide personalised treatment options. Tests and services we provide include:
- Testosterone Level tests – Key markers of male hormone balance, libido, muscle mass, and fertility.
- SHBG – A binding protein that affects testosterone availability
- FSH, LH & Prolactin – Assess sperm production and pituitary gland function.
- Cortisol Level Test – Stress and adrenal function testing to check fatigue or burnout.
- Thyroid Function Test – Evaluates TSH, Free T4, and Free T3, which influence energy and metabolism.
*Turnaround time: 2–5 working days
Sexual Health & STD Screening
Protecting your sexual health is essential at every stage of life. Many sexually transmitted infections (STIs) may not show symptoms right away, but can still cause long-term complications if untreated. At our clinic, we provide discreet, confidential STD screening with same-day doctor consultation and follow-up, so you can take charge of your health with confidence.
- Complete STD Tests – Comprehensive testing for HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B & C, chlamydia, and gonorrhoea.
- Pre-Marital Screening – Recommended before marriage or family planning to ensure both partners are in good health.
- Targeted Testing – For men with specific risk factors or symptoms, such as painful urination, genital sores, or unusual discharge.
*Turnaround time: 2–7 working days
Fertility & Reproductive Health
Male fertility issues can be linked to hormonal imbalances, low testosterone, or sperm-related conditions. Testing provides clarity and helps guide treatment options for men planning to start a family or struggling with conception. At our clinic, we offer a comprehensive range of fertility and hormone-related assessments tailored for men.
- Male Hormone Panel – Includes testosterone, FSH, LH, prolactin, and estradiol.
- Semen Analysis* – Evaluates sperm count, motility, and morphology.
- Testosterone Level tests – Checks levels that affect fertility, libido, and energy.
- Thalassaemia Screening – Detects carrier status for safer family planning.
- Vitamin & Mineral Deficiency Test – Identifies deficiencies (e.g. zinc, vitamin D, iron) that may impair fertility.
- Pelvis Ultrasound* – Used to assess prostate and surrounding structures that may affect reproductive health.
*Done at partner labs and centres
*Turnaround time 3-7 working days
Cancer & Prostate Health
Early detection plays a critical role in managing men’s health, especially when it comes to prostate and other cancers. Regular screening helps to identify issues at a stage when treatment is most effective. At our clinic, we provide essential tests for prostate health as well as advanced blood-based cancer detection options to give you peace of mind.
- Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) Test – Measures PSA levels in the blood to screen for prostate cancer and monitor prostate health.
- Free PSA Ratio – Helps differentiate between benign prostate conditions and possible cancer risk.
- LucenceINSIGHT® Multi-Cancer Early Detection Test – An advanced blood test designed to detect multiple cancers at an early stage, even before symptoms appear.
*Done at partner labs and centres
*Turnaround time 3-7 working days. Lucence turnaround time 12-18 days
General Wellness & Nutritional Deficiencies
Good health starts with balanced nutrition and optimal wellness markers. Deficiencies in key vitamins and minerals can affect your energy levels, mood, immunity, and long-term wellbeing. At our clinic, we offer a comprehensive range of blood tests to detect nutritional gaps early and support you with targeted treatment plans.
- Vitamin D Test – Important for bone health, immunity, and mood regulation.
- Iron & Ferritin Test – To assess your iron stores and screen for anemia.
- Vitamin B12 & Folate Test – Essential for red blood cells, nerves, and fertility.
- Zinc & Magnesium Test – For immune health, metabolism, and muscle function.
- Full Blood Count (FBC) – A basic yet crucial test that checks red cells, white cells, and platelets.
- Vitamin & Mineral Deficiency Test – A comprehensive screening of multiple nutrients at once.
*Turnaround time 2–5 working days

General
We offer GP-led assessment and testing for hormones and fertility, sexual health and STDs, prostate and colorectal cancer screening, chronic condition screening (diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure), nutritional deficiency testing, and general wellness reviews. Imaging referrals (e.g., prostate ultrasound) and specialist referrals are arranged when needed.
Consider testing if you have low energy, reduced libido, erectile concerns, mood changes, increased body fat, decreased muscle mass, poor recovery from exercise, or fertility issues. Screening is particularly relevant from the mid-30s onward or earlier if symptoms or risk factors are present.
For best accuracy, morning bloods (before 10am) are preferred for testosterone. Fasting is not required for hormones alone, but may be needed if you are checking cholesterol or glucose at the same time. Avoid heavy exercise and alcohol the day before, and tell our doctor about supplements or medications (e.g., biotin) that can affect results.
Yes. Conventional TRT can suppress sperm production and may reduce fertility while on treatment. If you are trying to conceive, discuss non-suppressive options (e.g., selective therapies or hCG-based regimens) and timing with our doctor before starting TRT.
We provide discreet, confidential screening with same-day consultation. Common tests include:
- Comprehensive STD Panel — HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B & C, chlamydia, gonorrhoea
- Targeted testing — based on symptoms, exposure, and risk
- Pre-marital screening — recommended before marriage or family planning
Our doctor will advise on the appropriate tests and follow-up schedule.
Core assessments include:
- Semen analysis — sperm count, motility, morphology
- Hormone profile — testosterone, FSH, LH, prolactin (as indicated)
- Nutritional tests — zinc, vitamin D, iron/ferritin
- Genetic or carrier screening — e.g., thalassaemia, if planning a family
- Imaging — pelvic/prostate ultrasound if structural issues are suspected
Abstain from ejaculation for 2–5 days before the test, avoid alcohol and high heat exposure (e.g., hot tubs) for several days, and follow the collection instructions carefully. Inform our doctor about recent fevers, medications, or supplements.
Yes. We provide a confidential, non-judgmental environment. Results and treatment plans are discussed directly with you, and referrals are coordinated only when appropriate and with your consent.
We commonly assess:
- Diabetes — fasting glucose and HbA1c
- Cholesterol — lipid panel and ratios
- Hypertension & cardiovascular risk — blood pressure, kidney function, electrolytes, uric acid as indicated
Screening intervals depend on age, family history, lifestyle, and prior results.
