Yes, you can. However, to avoid long waiting time, we strongly advise you to book your appointments in advance.

What are Regis Medical’s cancellation and refund policy?  

You can only cancel or change your appointments up to 24 hours before your appointment. You will receive your refund within 3 working days. No refund will be issued for no shows and cancellations within 24 hours before your appointment. However, if you are feeling unwell on the day of the appointment, we allow patients who have their acute illness seen at Regis Medical to reschedule their appointment without extra cost.

Can I reschedule my appointment?  

Yes. You can reschedule your appointments. However, you need to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your actual appointment time. If you are unwell on the day of the appointment, we will reschedule your appointment at no extra cost if you seek medical attention at our clinic (for non-emergencies only).

What happens if I miss my appointment?  
No refund will be issued for missed appointments.

What is a Student Pass medical check-up?

A Student Pass medical check-up is a health screening required by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) in Singapore for international students applying for or renewing a Student Pass. It ensures the applicant is medically fit and free from infectious diseases.

What tests are included in the Student Pass check-up?

The standard tests usually include:

  • Physical examination by our doctor
  • Chest X-ray to screen for tuberculosis
  • Blood tests for HIV and syphilis
  • Other tests if specified by ICA or the school
How long does the check-up take?

The consultation and blood test typically take 10–15 minutes. If a chest X-ray is required, it may be done at our partner imaging centres. Results are generally ready within 1–3 working days.

What documents should I bring?

Please bring:

  • Passport
  • ICA medical examination form (if provided)
  • Any relevant medical records, if available
Do I need to fast before the test?

No fasting is required for the standard Student Pass medical check-up. If you choose to combine this with a general health screening, fasting may be needed for cholesterol or glucose tests.

Can the clinic submit results directly to ICA?

Yes. We will complete the ICA medical report in the required format, signed and stamped by our doctor. The report will be returned to you for submission to ICA or your school, unless otherwise instructed.

What if my results are abnormal?

If any abnormal findings are detected, our doctor will explain the results and advise on next steps. Depending on the condition, ICA may request further testing or clarification before approving the Student Pass application.
