We do not do procedures for children under 12 years old.

We do not do procedures over the facial/neck region.

However, we can refer you to experienced dermatologists, and will work with them closely to manage post operative wound care.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You can reschedule your appointments. However, you need to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your actual appointment time. If you are unwell on the day of the appointment, we will reschedule your appointment at no extra cost if you seek medical attention at our clinic (for non-emergencies only).

Can I just walk in for a minor surgery?

All issues will have to be assessed by our doctors first. Walk-in is available for Doctor Consult. **

What languages do Regis Medical GP Doctors speak?

Most of our Doctors are competent in English and Mandarin. Some Doctors are able to speak Bahasa. Our clinic assistants are also multi-lingual and proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay.

What are the modes of payment accepted at Regis Medical?

We accept Visa/Mastercard/Amex, PayNow, JCB, UnionPay and ApplePay.

Can I claim for my surgery expenses with CHAS cards?

CHAS cards, including Merdeka and Pioneer cards, cannot be used to claim for minor surgeries at Regis Medical GP Clinics.
